Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying required content, approvals, and account access where needed.

Payments

Setup fees and monthly fees, where applicable, are due according to the agreed plan before launch or ongoing management work continues.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope. Larger changes may require a revised quote.

Liability

OptimizeIQ is not liable for indirect losses, platform outages, third-party service interruptions, or results outside of reasonable control.
